Description
Phragmipedium lindenii is a unique member of the genus. It is the only slipper orchid without a pouch! It has another long petal instead. In situ photo courtesy of Frank Cervera.
This species is from South America, where it is usually found growing as a terrestrial plant. You can learn more about it at Jay’s site. We grow these like all of the other long-petaled Phrag species…warm and bright and let them dry down between waterings.
