Description
Paphiopedilum rothschildianum is the ‘King of Paphs’. Its huge, stately flowers always draw attention at shows. They can be slow to bloom as seedlings. Once they are up to size they flower reliably every year. As the plants get larger the flowers become even more impressive.
The best roths can sell for thousands of dollars. Not exactly accessible for the average orchid grower! This cross was made with very vigorous parents. These should be very easy to grow and bloom. Grow them bright and warm, as we recommend on our care page and you can’t go wrong.
