Two of the finest roths in the world meet here. ‘Graciano’ was simply stunning when it received its FCC as  first bloom seedling. ‘Tempranillo’ set a new standard for flower count with 7 on one spike when awarded its 88 point AM/AOS, also on its first bloom.

The sky is the limit for this cross! We are only releasing a few as we want to grow out a bunch of these.

Paphiopedilum rothschidianum (‘Graciano’ FCC/AOS x ‘Tempranillo’ AM/AOS) is a cross of two of our very finest roths. ‘Graciano’ can only be described as absolutely stunning. Intense color, bold stripes and great form…it has it all. ‘Tempranillo’ is a very special roth, as it had 7 flowers on its very first spike. It wanted to produce 8 but ran out of energy. If we ever give it a break from setting pods we can probably get that elusive 8th flower one day.

This cross should produce some outstanding results, with many awards expected.
