Description
Paphiopedilum Oolong Rainbow is (Paradise Gem x Lucky Charms). This is a new teacup hybrid with compact plants and colorful flowers. The first four that bloomed were all completely different colors! Some might have spots in the dorsal as both parents did. The laves of most of these seedlings have a couple yellow spots as they didn’t like being potted up in our brutally hot summer. They are growing well so we are not concerned about any long term issues.
These will be easy to grow and flower, and will not take up much space. They can bloom in 2″ pots! We expect quite a few award quality flowers from this cross.
