Terms of sale:
- Sales within the USA only.
- Shipping by USPS Priority Mail is $14 for the first item, $4.00 for each additional item.
- Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday. We also ship on Saturday occasionally to avoid bad weather.
- Shipping by Fedex/UPS 2nd Day can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.
- Winter heat packs are available and should be selected from our ‘Other’ page if desired. We can always hold plants when weather doesn’t allow for safe shipping.
- Most plants are shipped in pot. Larger plants may be shipped bare-root to prevent damage in transit.
- We take great care packing your order. Damage in shipping is unusual. If your plants are damaged on arrival please let us know immediately.
- Hawaii customers require an import permit and phytosanitary certificate. Contact us for details.
- We offer NO GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER if USPS mishandles, delays or misdirects your order. For guaranteed delivery upgrade to FedEx/UPS 2nd Day.
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 3.5% service charge…this is what Square keeps if we issue a refund.
