Paphiopedilum rothschildianum ‘Mont Millais’ FCC/AOS x ‘Tarantula’ GM/JGP
The king of Paphs from one of the best producers in the world! Not only do you not have to grow these up yourself, these plants are already in spike! It looks like most will only have 3 flowers this year. Most of the spikes are still pretty low but 3 seems to be the average. We saw that with the first bloomers from our breeding last year after a winter with absolutely no sun in California, and we had another this year.
In spike seedlings in 5″ pots. Extremely limited…don’t hesitate as they will go fast.

Paphiopedilum rothschildianum ‘Mont Millais’ FCC/AOS x ‘Tarantula’ GM/JGP is a cross made by Tokyo Orchid Nursery. ‘Tarantula’ is a very famous plant, and its flower were 39 cm across when awarded its gold medal. ‘Mont Millais’ is one of the most famous roths of all time. It makes top quality seedlings, which is why it is still used in breeding today.
Tokyo Orchids has been making some of the finest roths in the world for many years now. This should be an incredible cross.
